Terms of Use · Updated May 2026

Terms,
kept short.

These cover use of this website. Real project work — what we build, when we ship, who owns what — sits in a separate engagement contract, not here. So this stays short on purpose.
01

What these terms cover

Use of this website — reading it, sharing it, talking to our AI agent, sending us a message. That's all these terms cover.

Project work is a different conversation. When something becomes a real engagement, we sign a Master Services Agreement plus a Statement of Work that names the deliverables, the payment schedule, IP ownership, and confidentiality. Nothing on the website overrides what's in those contracts.

02

Using the site

Reading, linking, and quoting with attribution are all fine without asking. Republishing wholesale, scraping the case studies for ML training, or hosting the writing elsewhere under your name — not fine.

Don't attempt to probe, scan, or break the site's security. Don't impersonate the studio or our team. Don't use any contact channel here to send unlawful or harassing messages.

03

Intellectual property

The site's writing, illustrations, and original code are the studio's. The Connective Hub name and the mark beside it are ours.

Client logos and brand marks shown in case studies belong to those clients and appear with permission. NDA-protected work is anonymised — names are removed, screenshots blurred.

Open-source code we publish (under a permissive license declared in the repo) you can use as that license allows. The rest stays with us until we say otherwise in writing.

04

The AI agent (Atlas)

Atlas — the on-site assistant — is a tool, not the studio speaking. It runs on a large language model and reads our case-study database; it gets things wrong sometimes, and what it says is not a contract or a commitment.

If you share details about a project via Atlas, treat that like writing to us by email: we'll read it, and if it looks like a fit we'll pick up the conversation directly. Atlas chats are stored under the privacy terms — see the Privacy Policy.

Don't paste secrets, credentials, or anything you wouldn't put in an email. The chat is not encrypted end-to-end.

05

No warranties on the site itself

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that every number in a case study is current to the day, or that an article published in 2022 still reflects how we think about a topic in 2026.

Where we list a stack, a method, or a metric, we use the best information we had at the time. Don't treat it as technical advice without checking the underlying source.

06

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. We're not liable for consequential or indirect losses (loss of profit, business interruption, lost data) from site use. Liability for project work is governed by the relevant engagement contract — not by these terms.

07

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel — the jurisdiction of the entity that operates connectivehub.com. See the Imprint for the current operator. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local jurisdiction are unaffected.

Disputes that can't be resolved by talking go to the competent courts in Tel Aviv — to the extent the law permits us to choose a venue.

08

Changes to these terms

When we change something material, we update the "Updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a material change is treated as acceptance of the new terms.

Cosmetic edits — typos, clearer wording, broken links — happen without notice.
