Medical ERP / CRM
An internal ERP/CRM and reporting system for a multi-branch medical company, integrated with the specialist systems they run.
How this started
An internal ERP/CRM and reporting system for a medical company operating across several branches — managing counterparties and contracts, with reporting and integrations with the specialised systems they already use. Shown anonymised, under NDA.
Challenge
A multi-branch operation needs one source of truth for contracts, counterparties and reporting — and it has to plug into the specialist systems each branch depends on, not replace them.
Approach
We built the ERP/CRM around their real workflow — multi-branch, contract- and counterparty-centric, with reporting — and integrated it with the external specialist systems so data flows instead of being re-keyed.
One source of truth across many branches
A multi-branch medical operation accumulates systems: each branch has its own specialist software, and contracts, counterparties and reporting scatter across all of them. We built an internal ERP/CRM that becomes the one source of truth — contract- and counterparty-centric, with reporting across the whole operation.
Crucially, it plugs into the specialist systems each branch already depends on rather than trying to replace them, so data flows into one place instead of being re-keyed by hand.
Integrate, don't replace
The specialist systems stay; the ERP/CRM becomes the layer that unifies contracts, counterparties and reporting on top of them.
