How this started

A platform for the world of insolvency practitioners and their self-regulating organisations (SROs): it helps both the SRO's staff and the practitioners run cases, communicate around them, and — crucially — hold creditors' assemblies online, with a voting system and every action documented for transparency.

Challenge

This is a heavily bureaucratic field where trust and provability are everything. Cases involve many parties — practitioners, creditors, debtors — each needing the right access, and decisions (especially creditors' votes) must be verifiable and legally sound. Most of it still runs on paper and in-person meetings.

Approach

We built role-based cabinets for the SRO and practitioners, plus a portal where external participants (creditors, debtors) find their cases and confirm actions with electronic signatures. Assemblies happen as online video conferences with structured voting and documented decisions — removing bureaucratic friction while making the whole process transparent and auditable.
